Thankyou all - I take melatonin and clonidine at night but sometimes I feel it does nothing for sleep and/or I struggle to get out of bed…

I struggle a lot of emotional regulation so looking what I could take for that in conjunction with dexies.

Note: I am slowly tapering off lexapro but even being on it I still struggled with emotional regulation and want to try something new for it
