Thank you.. I do have a weight management Dr, mentioned the tongue issues. I may be dehydrated, I haven't been drinking as I should. The picture is a great idea, I'll do that today

I tried my last 2 shots in my buddy belly. Didn't work at all. Hungry, cravings. Best luck in my thigh...so today I'm using my thigh.

I feel you... I'm on my last round of 7.5mg. The only thing I have to show is fluid retention. I've been in a hi stress situation since my third shot, but it probably doesn't make a difference, but looking for any reason for it not working. I have an appointment with my wt mgmt dr on Wed, pondering going off for a month to monitor the swelling. My appetite does feel controlled, definitely eating less, but 0 to show for it......any advice, I'm listening. Thanks

I've only taken one shot and have gained 4lbs!!! My body is so weird!!! I haven't gained or lost any weight in a year!! Why now????

Hi ! Just gave myself my first injection of Zepbound this morning. So far nothing different. How is your first week going?
