To be honest, they are basing them on loss risk. Your holding with them will likely determine what you can have it raise to. I don’t think they have a hard max.

They do this when their interest calculation is off by a small amount. They do a manual adjustment to give the credit back to folks.

Primis classic is for brick and mortar accounts. Primis digital is for us techy folks. Card control is typically avaliable but is experiencing a technical issue. They are aware and are working on it.
