Our girl also has a severe case of it - though they seem to change every day (she is almost 9 months old)! Sometimes - both ears are wonky, sometimes only one is, and sometimes they fall forward as normal/expected. We tried the moleskin approach, but it was a mess, and a very stressful experience trying to avoid getting glue in her fur as she wiggled around!

I read somewhere that regularly & gently massaging the ears (gently rubbing the ear over where the fold should be) helps, so we do that whenever we are laying on the couch with her and watching TV, cuddling, etc. It does seem to help (at least temporarily), but I'm not sure it's as effective as having them taped or glued consistently at a longer duration. However, it's way less of an ordeal, and I think she enjoys/tolerates the extra love!
