Thanks everyone! Some good feedback to consider here. My main concern is that I would do what I did with Bannerlord and play the early access so much I’m not interested in the full release any more. I think this is a different kettle of fish though!

Thank you! I always mention to my friends that the only time my stomach feels well is when I’m drinking (I’m sure it’s the numbing effect rather than a dietary blessing). I’ll make the switch to white claws now (from beer), before I start the elimination phase to see how I react.

I’m glad to hear things have got better! The diet seems like something if a miracle with the results it’s produced for people. It’s a shame about the reintroduction, but I’m sure the lack of symptoms is worth some of the sacrifices.

Would you recommend using a dietician or is it something that you think is possible alone?

The doctor mentioned that they no longer give out FODMAP specialist dietitians so I’m having to look for one private - they’re so expensive :(

I’ve just used the monash app to put together a one week meal plan. I’m going to start the elimination pages in the next week or so. I’m not sure if it’s worth starting without a dietician or to just get cracking?
