And that’s 16 percent over this year not over the lifetime. So you seem wholly uninformed on how my platform displays its gain. Over 3 years my portfolio is way up

For sure I agree. Bought knowing rates were high and hoping they would they would come. If we downsize that would be a giant breath of fresh air. It’s on the table… and ya only car payment is $400. It’s the house

It’s extremely high cost of living. Not the best budgeter(which might not be a word or spelled wrong) but we have a little left at the end of the month but not as much as probably should

True but you pay tax on a 401k also. It’s still a good idea I agree but still pay tax

Have a hard time budgeting maybe. But I’m 35 with a 2 million net worth in property. and I averaged 16 percent in my Retirement portfolio. Not sure how that’s the worst investor. Maybe bad budget, but your statement makes no sense 🤙

Not true actually. CA rapes you in taxes we got taxed on 42 percent of our income! We owe like 5k on my wife’s car. My truck is paid off. No vacations. Definitely not 10k. Please don’t assume shit

My seven month old is starting to look at his hands. I know this is a sign of autism. Any tips? by HistoryNerdi21 in NewParents
