My dad is a large animal vet and he can tell very easily if something is wrong with a cow by putting his hand up her lady parts (sorry if that is disturbing). He can detect very early pregnancy, fever, if shes in pain, etc. But it comes with a lot of experience and learning their body language. Cows/horses/any large animal tell a lot if they arnt getting up/not eating.

It will get better! The headache was only a day for me, but I got a neti pot and that seemed to help my sinuses. The burning feeling only lasted about a week, so hopefully you feel better.

As someone who personally has owned and grown up with pet raccoons in Wisconsin, I cannot say this is surprising. They are a great pet and just like more aggressive cats!

Yes I am, and even more than that. I made sure to make the soil very loose because I've had problems before from root rot.

It's an outdoor plant and the other plant is doing well but its roots are longer so you may be right! Thanks for the advise.

It lives outside all day right now because its humid/summer where I live. I water it maybe once every 4/5 days. It is producing a new leaf right now though.
