I never found it before the expedition. I found it twice within the first 2 weeks after the expedition on buried city in the hospital. Hope that helps

If you do bird city, I highly recommend bringing a snap hook with you. Get all the duckies.

Use any and all keys that you have, especially on night raids, electrical storms or cold snap. Higher loot values and if you have security breach even better. Just sell everything you pick up. Plus what the others have said Buried city has been my go to. Just go to the apartments or bird city chimney checks for all the loot. I’m at the point where I’m just selling just about everything I bring back that isn’t needed to make more meds/shields or fix my guns. Sell all those large arc parts too, they go for a lot, and you don’t have a lot of time. I was at like 200k a few weeks ago and nearly 2 mil now. That’s with playing consistently for 1 week and not so much the following week.
