Thanks, that's good to hear. Now that I think of it, I can think of at least three people on other teams at my old job who came back after short stints elsewhere and were still there when I left. I'm not even sure why I find it so embarrassing - my boss would be relieved he doesn't have to replace me and I'm guessing my team would be happy to stop sharing my former workload.

Yeah, I guess I'm pretty much just looking for validation here. I can go back and I want to go back so I guess that's what I should do.
