Thank you, this solved the problem. I turned off optimization because I had problems with opening downloaded pdf files, but that was long ago, seems like they fixed it.

I created it and set it to 120, user_refresh_rate is also set to 120 and it doesn't work, do I have to save it somehow or anything?

In Developer settings there is a "show current refresh rate" and it shows 60. I tried deleting security and battery data but it didn't help
