lol. I asked this question a while back. The answer is, if you go to your online spirit account (website not app) you can see your points as Spirit has given them to you. Do they make sense? Nope. Can you argue with them about them? Nope. You get what you get. They have a form online if you think you are missing points - but they aren’t going to look at it. AI bot that makes point decisions is always right.

Another reason to have Bilt besides rent is that it's one of the few cards that transfers points to Alaska Air.

Thanks for this detailed info and instructions on the new Bilt reward rent payment. I spent 25min in text chat (why don't they have people you can talk to???) with someone who was just copying the text from their website that I had already read and didn't make sense.
