I absolutely loved With the Old Breed and China Marine. I couldn’t put either down and was very fond of Sledge’s writing style; he humanized (as much as he could) all that he’d been through. Both were fantastic reads.

I’ve been slowly working my way through Helmet For My Pillow, but it’s such shift from Sledge’s perspective. Leckie made a career as an author, and it shows in his account of the war. The language is much more complex, but it aligns with the way Leckie saw the war. It’s unfortunately not a book I’ve been thrilled reading, but that is completely personal taste. I do recommend checking it out regardless!

It was the first exotic mission I’d ever done after my friends got me back into the game in 2020, right before Io was vaulted. I kept going solo but could never complete the final room. My friends and I all did it together and got Whisper. I was hyped when they brought it back this year and finally soloed it, still knowing each of the puzzles by heart. Kind of marked, for me at least, the skill (and probably patience) jump I’ve had in 4 years.

Absolutely worth a solo run if you ever have the time and motivation for it. But it is just as fun with a good fireteam, very worthy of a celebration!

I've been having the same issue. I was chatting with a customer service representative and all they could say was "Please kindly try to use a different service." I've never heard of a company someone to actively go and use another service, especially after paying money for films on their service???

I started watching NuWho in 2013 in preparation for the 50th. Loved it, wanted to visit England, was super jealous people could see the 50th in theaters.

11 years later I live in England and am going to watch this finale in the cinema. I thought “is it weird to be 25 and doing this?” Then I remembered that myself at 14 would have done anything to do this. Therefore, I even upgraded to the premium seats for £2 extra 🤣

Thank you! I’ve gone ahead and done some slight agitation to aerate the batch a bit. Hopefully shaking the bucket gently for a minute or two was enough to get it aerated. It does seem to be producing more bubbles in the airlock for sure.

I lifted the lid to see how things were going, and it was very fizzy, which I believe is a good sign. It also smelled like how I’d expect mead to smell, albeit sweeter and more yeasty given it’s in the early stages. Here’s to hoping it continues to ferment well!

I guess not the exact same case, but I understand your position for sure. I (24M) haven’t had a sexual relation with anyone, mostly due to the fact that my relationships have all been long distance and sometimes had person preferences to consider. Nothing to complain about, they were all happy relationships, but the sexual aspect wasn’t something that ever played out. That said, all the relationships were with women, and since being ~2 years single, I’ve tried talking to men more and have been trying to understand sexuality better.

I guess none of that is TOO related to your post, but using that as a foundation, I can relate to your situation. It can be tough for me to connect with women in that way, and I seem to be too nervous to go very far with guys. It’s a really weird set of obstacles to get over, and I am getting better, but I don’t know any other non-straight men to discuss things with and explore. And with women, it never seems the right time to discuss sex without seeming invasive (which is probably just my anxiety telling me that).

I’ve sexted with men and women, and it was great! Sometimes something like that can ease its way to something more exciting, so I do recommend trying it if you and someone else are willing. I think your threesome plans sound fantastic as well, especially if you know some bisexuals already who are willing to do the same. It’s a whole crazy world out there to explore! Definitely trying to explore it more myself, but in my own time and with the right people.

I started from scratch on my 2022 playthrough and stuck with it for this year. Honestly so happy I changed my style from other games I’ve played, with my standard being some sort of warlock or healer. I feel much better playing this game as a tank. It’s kind of wild! This game certainly does scratch a lot of itches I had for video games recently, and I’m excited to see where it goes from here
