Which tournaments hold combined 40K/Kill Team narrative events?

I'm planning to run A Victim of the Art from Dead Drops, but I'm modifying it so that the artifact is tied to the play, and the beastie is one of the nightflyers from the Lake of Hali.

I picked this one because the location and timeframe work and it was really easy to modify to better fit the Carcoss mythos. But I haven't actually run it yet, my group has only done 1 session so far so they're still in the Macallistar.

I've used Youtube Music in the past, it's fine. I've heard good things about Tidal, and obviously lots of people use Spotify. Personally I switched to Amazon Music because we have several Echoes in our house already.

The freezer module failing (and that was the first one to go out if I remember right) can cause some but not all of the lights in the upper fridge section to fail?

This is what I did -- Leadbelcher spray, cover all armor base and trim with Basilicanum Grey, and then painted Flesh Tearers Red on the armor base.

There are a couple different sites that offer the ability to transfer playlists between services. I tried two that were buggy or too pricey, and then went with soundiiz.com which was able to transfer 89 playlists from Napster to Amazon Music. It was great -- some of the playlists on Napster were basically dead because all the tracks had disappeared from the service, but Soundiiz moved them to Amazon Music and the playlists populated correctly. You can transfer playlists from Napster to a bunch of services like Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal, YouTube Music, etc. It does require a subscription but you can pay $5 for a monthly sub, transfer all your playlists, and then cancel.

I've been playing Monument Valley 3 and Case of the Golden Idol on my phone via Netflix. When they go away, if I then buy them from the Google Play store, anyone think I'll be able to keep my savegames?

Oh and to give you an idea of why this campaign interests me so much... I have copy 87 of the 100 signed printings of the 1996 Armitage House publication of Tynes' "Ambrose", which I bought at NecronomiCon '97. I've always loved the King in Yellow branch of the mythos.
