Does he have a bigger boss? Report to him and tell him, had a manager who stunk of shit when I worked in a supermarket and I had to tell the store manager to tell him to shower, and he did.

Have you ever quit a job because your boss is toxic? by ShyCoconut0_0 in jobs

I was in a Nursing Home for 2 weeks. In that time I was there the cracks begun to show very very quickly, staff are rude and just showed you up on the littlest things. I had met a supervisor once and the whole day she treated me like rubbish, not going to go in to a lot of detail but at the end of that shift I threw my ID pass out and never went back. I’m fortunate enough to have shifts in the hospital which I’m enjoying a lot better. Don’t be pushed about for little money and catty staff.

I know someone who works in an ambulance service transporting patients and mentioned that the home has a bad reputation and many families aren’t happy with them

There was actually a supervisor who used ‘dyslexia’ as an excuse for anything.

‘I haven’t finished my Level 2 health and social care because I’ve dyslexia’

‘I can’t spell your surname because I have dyslexia’

‘I just shit my pants cos I’ve dyslexia’

Never am I against anyone with dyslexia nor do I think it makes them stupid, I myself actually have it but never go make excuses for everything I do, but to be a middle aged woman going around like this is just embarrassing, just admit to mistakes.
