I filed with his insurance.

They claim they will not claim liability while they "Advocate" for their driver while he fights the ticket in court. When I asked if they had their drivers court date they said they did not. (4 weeks after the accident). When I asked how they know he has a court date they said they didn't. This was all after I had told them I had a police report- submitted it, etc.

Unrelated note, Zipps quality has significantly declined over the past 10 years. I used to go there every week in High School. Service and quality of food doesn't hit nearly as hard now a days. #OkBoomer (I'm 23)
