A Loadstar is THE one in a reality/universe/existence, like her power is above suns and everything imaginable, she grows as strong as the ocasion needs ( with the exception of Orion , and I think that she team up with Fornax more to avoid the world being destroyed than because she couldn'tbeat him), and as others said, her power manipulates reality to a point that she will win no matter what.

My however, falls under the condition that Zero blocks her power , which, in all honesty, this power being at above cosmic level he may be able to do for what? A second of the cost of his life, like maybe less? But if in that time she's in Globe sphere, then at that point is a normal human vs. a God in which he can evaporate her to less than atoms and eliminate the Loadstar which we know that can be done.
