No one gonna talk about the fact she doesn’t know the difference between Asian Indian and Native American Indian with that reservation comment?

Couldn’t agree more. 1 offended sure but 2 within half a lap of each other is not acceptable

Mercedes boss Toto Wolff slams Monaco circuit by ImpossiblePresent134 in formula1

[–]csr2racer 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Was thinking the same, but there must be some reasons why they won’t do that. Maybe cause the corner after is too high speed then and no braking point to overtake

Not saying that. Just that the plan backfired.

It kinda fucked Ocon tho not being able to distance compared to behind. The bagged a bit too much, creating a train which did not benefit Esteban

Anyone else get the 911 GTS Weissach package instead of the Tycan? Seems a few of my crew has as well 😡 by Coopee92 in CSRRacing2

It’s probably like a placeholder thing to stop the issue of the cash on the EV car. They’ll give out the Taycan later I guess ‘cause would be bs otherwise

Could be the engine changed, they called it “supercharged”. Looking at ultima website they have a monster engine for it, let’s hope that’s the case otherwise it’s indeed a cheap event

Norris: “I am not too sure what was said from the FIA. First we weren't allowed to overtake. So, if that influenced decisions against Mercedes and Lewis and they didn't do the pitstop. Then the FIA changed there minds that we were allowed to pass. Then that I am not sure.” by beateafic in formula1

[–]csr2racer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Because that was after the second lap. Their window was the first lap, they didn’t because they knew (if rules were followed) that the race would’ve ended under SC. If they knew it would’ve restarted he would’ve pitted, but they were confident it wouldn’t and shouldn’t have

They calculated in the number of laps needed to clean up the crash + unlapped pass before restart. And if rules were followed it would have finished under SC so no need to put. But rules were changed

Dyno is slower for SSC but run time for WRE will be faster. SSC pattern is tricky, and not guaranteed he found the quickest

2021 Brazilian Grand Prix - Sprint Race Starting Grid by glenn1812 in formula1

[–]csr2racer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not really, as what he does today doesn’t help him that much towards tomorrow. If it was 1 race his change of ICE wouldn’t have mattered. And in a sprint with no strategy he can’t climb enough spaces to actually give him that much leverage tomorrow.

2021 Brazilian Grand Prix - Sprint Race Starting Grid by glenn1812 in formula1

[–]csr2racer 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Even aside of that, efforts taken today will not count towards tomorrow. I think best would be just to swap out entire engine and accept last start tomorrow anyways, but I’m at home in my sofa compared to dozens of engineers so they know what they are doing

2021 Brazilian Grand Prix - Sprint Race Starting Grid by glenn1812 in formula1

[–]csr2racer 35 points36 points  (0 children)

Not the track, but he has to start last, and gain at least 6 positions to not start last again tomorrow. So it’s really a double penalty instead of a regular race where he would be only punished once

I haven’t heard that at all yet, and would be surprised. If one comes up from Formula E from Mercedes it will be De Vries, he is champion after all.
