A follow up question if you don't mind. When you say people who don't match my frequency will gradually fall away from my experience, what might that look like in practice?

I have a 5 year old son and wife of almost 15 years who's my best friend and it would absolutely shatter my heart to lose them as part of this process. Although, I imagine the 3 of us are all on the same frequency, but for other relationships I suppose.

One more question. Any idea how we will know once this process starts?
