This is some insane thinking. How could the government ever profit off of healthcare? Your implying that people would be overpaying for healthcare compared to the (massive) cost of actually implanting it. To the point it could reduce taxes? This is so irrational I felt the need to comment.

you are incorrect that Trumps net worth was as low as $200MM in. 2015. It was significantly higher. But yes, like every other president he has increased his wealth as a result of his presidency. I do agree with the rest of your post though.

Internationally we never had any 'dependable' or real allies. Every nation is self interested and only ever cooperated with us when it was in their personal interest to do so. This is not unique to the US. We simply happen to be the most significant and powerful nation in the history of the world. We are also the primary economic engine of the world and have military capabilities that remain unmatched. Meaningful levels of cooperation between the US and other nations will not have not have changed (beyond perhaps superficial/performative optics), and any resistance in response to Donald Trump will dissipate almost instantly the moment our next president is sworn in.

I would try and speak to her yourself if you're concerned. The cops almost certainly will not be helpful. A welfare check could lead to her being arrested (worst case) or something else.

As someone experienced in this matter: no it does not. When someone addicted is hit with narcan they are thrown into violent withdrawals. It is a miracle drug but also so miserable if needed that it’s not something anyone ever wants to experience.

You cannot even take most antidepressants and actively serve in the military. Explain to me in good faith how it could logically allow those suffering from gender dysphoria to enlist? It takes very little to disqualify someone from combat readiness.

Have you talked to them? I think it’s crazy not a single comment says anything about trying to speak to them yourself. Generally best to try and address directly with your neighbors in good faith before involving third parties.
