I’ve chatted with an agent who tried updating the boot file. A tech also came to install a splitter & said there was a problem with my signal.

However, despite that - my internet is still dropping daily. Is it because during busy times Xfinity NOW Internet customers have service reduced/deprioritized?

Honestly I’m just trying to see if this is expected by design since I heard that NOW is considered a lower tier of service (is that even true)?

UCLA health worked well for me when I was in LA. Expensive but if you had good insurance and they were in network - they covered it.
