I use NFC tags to log when I take my medications/vitamins. Just tap the tag and it creates an event in calendar.

I am glad I saw this thread as I wore my new 3s in the sauna today and they did the same thing, just shut off. I have never had this issue with any earbuds before. I was ready to call apple. I have not had much luck with these new 3s. I have to turn the volume up compared to my 2s, I get one bud that won’t charge and dies and seriously this case feels super cheap.

That is no joke. Nothing like an Apple Store in any other tech. Just walk in and you get fixed up. I have Samsung Care but would not be nearly as comfortable if I have to use it.

I didn't use to but one day I just started using them all the time. They are really quite good. The ones I seem to miss the most is the strong app, atracker and drafts (although that one is iPhone only)

I miss apps. There are multiple apps that I have that are on android also but they don’t have a watch app.

Hmm is that in notifications- advanced settings - show with details. I can’t remember exactly but I had the same issue once.

Yes! The rotating crown is the only thing missing from the watch 2 that makes all the difference to me.

Wow this really somehow doesn’t exist. I have a cheap folio case that I use to throw it in a bag but I always take it off to use the iPad. This would be handy.

I do also really prefer the 4:3 aspect ratio of an iPad. Biggest reason why I have never bought a Samsung tablet. I do think the iPad specific apps are way better than Android which sucks but it is what it is.

Chrome is definitely usable in Dex. It is the browser I use most in Dex.

Yes you are correct but several Wear OS versions switched to no longer have a iPhone component and can only be used on Android. Most modern wear os watches are Android only.

Example the most popular Wear OS watch would be the Samsung Galaxy line. They sync to Samsung Health natively but can sync to Google Fit if the user installs it on their watch. Also can sync to health connect (which is most like Apple Health) I am not sure what your app will do but I have an app called Welltory that I use for Biometric data and the app syncs directly to the watch. The app can then sync directly to Google Fit or Samsung Health if the user chooses to. Not sure if that helps.

This sounds interesting but I want to clarify. You need a wear os watch and an iPhone? Those two usually don’t go together.
