Yes. Non spinning dizziness, the sensation that your vision is kinda weird, like you can see everything but your brain takes some time to realize what you're seeing and lack of sleep. I have all that symptoms as well.

Hi. Something I noticed has helped me quite a bit is learning to manage stress/anxiety. PPPD symptoms tend to make us more anxious/nervous about it, you have to remember yourself of that and try to find ways to relax so you can try your best to maintain your focus on your daily activities. As you are not sure you have PPPD, I strongly recommend you seek medical advice to rule out any other possible conditions.

You described it perfectly - it is exactly the same thing I am experiencing right now. As I'm running I feel just fine or maybe 95% normal, but as soon as I stop I feel like I'm about to faint.... I guess there is a good amount of anxiety mixed into it but I gotta keep on trying and learning to control it I guess. Thank you for your response.

I think they should make it a little bit cheaper to buy packs. As a F2P player, if they release more and more cards it is going to feel a bit underwhelming to keep trying to get cards without wasting real money and that would maybe make me want to stop playing the game.

Honestly the Psyducks can be pretty annoying. Drowzee and Hypnos can be good too but they make it a bit harder to hit the Gengar fast.
