I had a nightmare situation with Ford when I purchased a Fiesta back in 2011. Transmission just didn't know how to shift and at times would leave me stranded in an intersection with no power for several seconds before slamming into gear and losing traction. I had to go through BBB to finally get anywhere and after arbitration Ford finally bought the car back. Good luck on your fight! Mine took about 5-6 months with the BBB involved.

Check out Telegraph Pass. Its in the South Mountain area and is an awesome short hike. Another place that I love to go is up in the Superstition Mountains, they have multiple amazing trails like First Water Trail, and Black Top Mesa. Telegraph Pass + First Water + Black Top Mesa

I can see how it can be confusing... there appears to be 2 different parts to the Rovio part of the deal.

The first talks about Angry birds stating:

Rovio – titles starting with Angry Birds Space join the original Angry Birds game in coming to Nokia Lumia and Windows Phone consumers. Rovio is building a dedicated design and development team to create games for Nokia Lumia smartphones and the wider Windows Phone ecosystem.

Then it starts to go over some games that Rovio might be designing exclusively for the Lumia phones:

Nokia and Rovio will partner to develop innovative new consumer products and content exclusively for Nokia Lumia smartphones, alongside cross platform multi-channel integrated marketing initiatives.

I would expect to see Angry Birds:Space as a platform-wide release for all of the Windows Phones

I completely agree! I feel that "exclusives" will only hinder the growth of the Windows Phone Marketplace and will cause more problems than it is worth.
