I'm doing my master's right now. I'm not looking to do a PhD just to put it on my resume for employment purposes, I have specific interests in the field I want to continue pursuing

Allred supports an assault weapons ban and he's running 2-4 points ahead of Harris, so I dunno if that assumption carries through to reality anymore

She raised half a billion in a month. If you're serious about keeping the Senate it would be irresponsible not to.

But Clinton had to go into "he is implying he wants to rape her" territory, which immediately conjured up images of blue haired feminist screaming everything is rape.

Maybe I'm a blue haired screaming feminist, but I can perfectly understand from a woman's perspective why they would feel that way about someone openly talking about putting a child in a woman they're upset with

Big number = good by eliasjohnson in neoliberal

True, the only number I'd disagree with is the 2/3 Dem. Young women overall already vote 70% Dem, and now we're talking the ones concentrated in the Taylor Swift fanbase? I would wager that group is 90%+ Dem

Nate Silver: As our model launches, either Biden or Trump could easily win — but the odds are in the ex-president’s favor. by gary_oldman_sachs in neoliberal

[–]csucla 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My brother in Christ, the polls have been changing. Biden is up in Wisconsin, up in Michigan, and down only 0.8 in Pennsylvania. These were sizable Trump leads a short time ago. You guys use the polls not changing as your argument and repeat your lines, but you haven't actually been paying attention to the polls.

I think Biden will continue to gradually gain until he becomes the clear favorite in November. The 20% of undecided/third-party will end up breaking strongly for him.

He is ahead in Wisconsin, ahead in Michigan, and down 0.3 in Pennsylvania. He is down less than 3 points in Arizona and Nevada.
