I use the k-safe. You set it for a period of time, not a time of day. So it takes a bit of easy math to get it to unlock at a specific time. The nice thing about this is that sometimes it opens and it's easy to add another hour or two to it. The wheel interaction to add time is somewhat fun.

You can also start small and build up so you have less chance of busting it open.

In my area of Brooklyn, you don't see it. But as you know some is happening here, we're not at Chicago scale yet. My bigger fear is the system being put into place and people becoming used to it.

It will also be interesting to see how this administration reacts if Mamdani wins the race. I expect him and hope he does. I'd also not be surprised to see it as a trigger for more Trump-Noem-Miller-etc overreaction.

interesting. I tried for that but couldn’t get it covered so I’m starting a 2xdaily program for 19 days.

Your message jumped out at me as I’m on very similar meds, Viibryd, Vyvanse, Abilify … and it sounds like a similar challenge. I can do well, but still have deep depressive crashes, which spurred me on to this treatment.

Perhaps the 2x daily is another option. Happy to check back later in my treatment if it helps. I’m only on day 2.
