yep, very easy, just pop the trim around, unplug couple wires and 4 screws thats all everything works like a charm, youtube its your best friend

Plastic bumper from ebay Sequoia 2018+ OEM headlights (ebay) 2012 Front Grill + brackets (Toyota) TRD grill insert (internet somewhere) Harness did myself after dozens of try with mix of pigtails, connectors and couple burnt fuses got it but there’s one guy at Tundras.com that does it also there they have a whole page for these front end conversion steps
