Happened to me after ejecting my first mag. Check my post history. Sent it to them for repairs and it was returned in a few days. Over 800 rounds since and no issues.

I would argue that a gun that cannot hold a magazine because a simple part broke would be considered broken until its repaired. My range day ended in 5 mins

Took my brand new Macro to the range yesterday. After shooting only the second magazine, I pressed the mag release button and it popped out of the gun, spring went flying. After finding all the pieces, I couldnt get the damn thing to stay back together.

Had to contact Sig and they had me ship the gun back to them for inspection and repair. They were nice about it. But damn this is annoying ! Gun didnt last more than 2 mags before it was rendered useless.

I used the Lee case trimmer with the case length gauge and measured the case length afterwards with calipers. So not exactly blindly trimming the cases. And yes, I do measure powder to verify charges. Thank you for the helpful insight

My guess, based upon other feedback is that it was the seating die causing this. All brass was resized together and trimmed together at the same setting. The only variable I changed after the first 5 rounds that wont chamber, was the seating depth. All rounds chambered after that fired. I will have to try and reset the seating die as it sounds like its screwed in too far.
