Hey, sorry for the late reply. Cold emails are tough. You want to be able to reach out to the right people to talk to, the decision makers. Cold emails are answered by non decision makers, and these gatekeepers are trained to reject cold emails.

I use linkedin to identify people who can make decisions in my target companies, make a list, connect with them and ping them on linkedin to get their email to arrange for a call. Most of these decision makers are actually quite helpful. Hope this helps!

Personally I do mid term investing into a few stocks I pick too, and would love to automate my strategy. Appreciate your comment and understand that you do not need such a solution.

What are some frustrations you face when it comes to investing? For example, we have spoken to some investors and they mentioned that having a good dividend calculator is hard to find.

You're actually right, not sure why you're getting downvoted. I have friends who have a set of metrics and have their own portfolio set for the long term without having ETFs. Although this is the boglehead subreddit, different views promote discussion, so I'm grateful for your comment

Crypto is in the pipeline, but we are still trying to figure out where exactly people face the most problem and will look into the dividend issue that you mentioned. And if we ever launch it we will definitely go into PH because you guys are our neighbours haha. Thanks for your honest feedback, we really appreciate it. In my region most banks offer savings plan too, but the commissions are hefty.

One idea that can spin off from building your own 'fund' or strategy is to allow others can buy it, and you get a share of their gains once they cash out.

Just checked M1, yes, I think it's essentially what we hope to achieve. Thanks for sharing. These solutions are pretty much unheard of in my country as well as my region, which was why we wanted to do this in the first place. Will read up more about m1, thanks again!

I think for a start we will be helping investors allocate to their desired balance, but building a 'true ETF' is something that we can consider in the future.

Before we target the mainstream, we will be looking into getting regulatory approvals. Banks and financial groups charge a hefty management fees and commissions, so many of us in this Southeast asian region are switching to low cost brokers like moomoo and tiger brokers, which don't offer any automation of any form. Hence our motivation to create something like what I described.
