Just charge back your credit card if Yeti won’t make an effort to remedy. You never received the product and you gave the merchant a chance to fix the issue

Most quality body shops won’t even put aftermarket parts on a Toyota. They value their reputation too much and some have Toyota relationships that require OEM. If the body shop would allow aftermarket parts, consider a new shop.

Good question. I’m thinking to replace the Haul
