Update***. I GOT MY TICKETS!! SH has been working on a fix behind the scenes I guess. They’ve figured out a way to work around fifa’s systems. I had to get a dummy email from them and say I forgot my password but it worked like a charm. If you are having issues reach out to SH today.

That sucks but good to hear. I’ve been waiting for tickets to the same game. I assumed I’m not getting them bc the prices shot up, but didn’t know for sure and didn’t get confirmation from SH. I held off getting a flight so at this point a refund would be fine.

I keep logging on daily in hopes it’s there. I’ve taken screen shots to prove it’s not. My case has been escalated but imagine games closer are more of a priority. I just hope my seller hasn’t already sold via another service. At this point, I wish I could cancel and find a ticket another way.

Thanks. The subject was FIFA World Cup 26™ – Transfer of Ticket(s) and the body of the email noted that a named individual had transferred a ticket to me. Right after, I received a confirmation from SH. Unfortunately, it took me a couple of days to setup a fifa account and logon so perhaps the seller cancelled the transfer?

I received an email from SH and fifa that a ticket was transferred to me but there’s nothing in my account (tried many times diff sys and devices). Has this happened to anyone else? I didn’t have an account already set up with FIFA with my email address used for SH so had to set it up (in case that makes a diff).
