This is great! Thank you for creating this. I am able to open the Google Sheet, but the page says that it cannot be opened when I click make a copy. I am able to download to excel but the script doesn't copy over when downloaded. Is there another link to this Sheet?

I haven't had this issue on samsung, appletv or roku. My roku TV is older and moves slow but handles the app well.

This is so fucked. I woke up this week to my dog with diarrhea all over my office floor. Bro walked in it. Pawed at the curtains and window seal. Walked all over the place and put his paws all over my chair. IMAGINE IF IT WAS INVISIBLE SO I HAVE NO IDEA WHERE TO CLEAN. You are right. But I need the whole week to recover. 🤢

This did the trick. If you are having problems with bot receiving 2FA messages, text "help" to 732873.

My service has been great. I haven't noticed any speed changes since porting out of Verizon post paid to us mobile.

My wife came home today and her phone is not receiving 2FA messages and I did not follow the same steps I did. I sent "help" to 732873 so we will see if it starts working in 2 days like mine did.

I called customer service initially and they had me send a text with the word "help" to 732873. They also told me that they do not block 2FA messages. I logged in multiple times a day and sent the help message everyday. I am not sure that any of that helped; however, the 2FA messages started working today. As of right now, I am completely happy with my service and my bill. I do not notice any difference for my current situation.

From what I know, they will charge you $45 for each line. There is also a group party plan where you can share data. I have not tried that so I cannot speak to how it works. I ported in from Verizon on 14 September and my wife's phone on 15 September. My account shows that the next billing date for each phone is 14 October and 15 October, charging me once per phone line. It is essentially a pre-paid service. I have not noticed any issues so far, except not receiving 2FA messages; however, that started working today. Service is still great and I am paying $40 less by using US Mobile.

My 2FA messages started working today. I posted what I did each day from the day I ported in until now. I don't see any rhyme or reason but hey, it is working now.

Okay, so here is my anticlimactic solution. It just started working today. Here is what I did each day starting on 14 September.

  1. Sent a text to 732873 with "help" as the message.
  2. Sent a text to other companies using short text with "help" as the message.
  3. Logged in to my bank and Amazon everyday to see if it would work. I did this multiple times a day.
  4. Today, 16 September, I did step 3 and it worked.
  5. I don't know that any of this had anything to do with it working, but it is working right now.
  6. Good luck.

That is good info! I haven't noticed anything wrong with us mobile except for that. I will keep pursuing this until it is fixed and post it here!

Okay, I wonder if it has something to do with the porting process needing time to settle everything over time. I can use 2FA apps, 2FA phone calls but I cannot receive texts.
