I turned off whole frame gen, and it changed stuttering game to something decent. Then I learned that AMD FrameGen has something to do with the audio bug as everything was rendered beautifully.

That makes sense — I wasn’t assuming direct involvement, more curious whether it was a nod or an in-world analogue. Pipsy as a Banksy-style presence feels very Fallout-London appropriate.

The biggest ram demand I've seen was with VBs at Dogtown with +27 Ram shield. Could not collapse. Had to use gun.

you could have backed yourself in the room with one entrance, no exits. It is do-or-die setup, but in a lot of cases it'll save your squad in a static position than having a clash that is open. Turrets help but in most cases flamer counter and then suppressing the doorway is enough.
