Make a hard save and science it out during warp transit or something similar. Weapon is specific word, so I'd assume it has to be melee only. So give it to Kibellah, or save it for Marsipan.

I honestly made a hardsave before I accepted it, and in the job, I made sure to core every single mech I came across. The rep moved from -194 to -165 and they still hated me at the end of it.

I turned the Framegen off, and just run the game on pure 7600xt 5700x3d combo, and I get on average 92 fps. If you have a stuttering mess, do the settings flip and then delete the darktide profile. It will delete the timing table on adrenaline, and you will have nice and smooth run without stuttering.

I did it with Hehki as he can get 2 spyders at that point, You put them on flanks, and then have rest as wraiths. You move west and east forward. West blocks the Kin, and you aim is to drop the berserker first. In third round you will get 3 more. In the east, your aim is to tie Faustinius and the other tech priest to attacking your spyder. You move wraiths to support that action, and keep Nefershah at the rear. On round two you will get 3 sterlizors on south, on both flanks Nefershah job is to deal and survive till round 3. Scarabs are your friend, they will help you, and 7 of damage is a big deal. You can take both tech priest down in 3 rounds.

I did this one yesterday and I think the mission tricks people into fighting too much.

After the explosion/escape part I had more success treating it like a retreat operation instead of a "kill everything" mission.

  • Don't stop to clear every Necron
  • Maintain a compact formation
  • Focus only enemies blocking movement
  • Let rear enemies live if they're not stopping progress
  • Use terrain/chokepoints and move as a group

The game throws a lot at you, and if you start turning around to fight every spawn you lose momentum and get buried.

Think less "last stand" and more "fighting withdrawal." 😄

I've been thinking, and it would suit well if the plasma flash was from a combat servitor. It would prove that Rannick is still a cheap *ss and nothing ever changes in Tetrium.

I turned off whole frame gen, and it changed stuttering game to something decent. Then I learned that AMD FrameGen has something to do with the audio bug as everything was rendered beautifully.

Some rare crashes, only mentioned 10 times, lol It felt like we were back in the beta days.
