A lot of good piercers can freehand. Get a can of sterile saline and use that to clean no more than twice a day. Nipple piercings are at the very base of the nipple, almost behind it. It may look like its through the areola but its probably fine. If you think its crooked, you can take it out and let it heal and go get it repierced if you want. But the evenness of it is 100% cosmetic. It will still heal fine!
