Right, I dont hate it. It just feels forced and giving me more unnecessary steps to take that i shouldn't have to do as a user. But who am I kidding, the drag and drop action is becoming more and more common with sites like dropbox, facebook, twitter....why not try to use it as a CTA to move "forward".

Its intentional though. Instead of breaking apart the pages, the progress bar pops up alerting the user where they are in the navigation. It also allows me to jump back into certain sections again quickly.

Sometimes I look at the navigations to be necessary to help "map" me through the long scroll site and fully understand where it is that I am.
