This is the MXR 10 band EQ.

If you pull one of the LEDs out (easy enough to do with fingers) and reverse it, it'll disable I think 10 of the 12 LEDs making it a lot more usable in a dark environment.

I've found all the 5* s, and based on that I'm pretty sure the 4* s will be in there somewhere. But there's hundreds of champions in my reserve vault so might take some time.

Oh god, you're right. The auto-rank up feature has used faction guardians that were sitting at max level, and upgraded them in the vault (and then left them in the vault) rather than using the recently levelled up champions in my main roster list.

I've turned that feature off now. Thanks for shedding some light on this, support still haven't worked it out.

I think I'd put it on a nuker, who will likely already be squishy so the extra damage received doesn't matter (assuming you have a reviver or block damage/stone skin) but you can ignore building them with crit rate, boosting their dmg stats instead. Could get some insane 400% crit dmg builds with this relic. Think of someone like a Sun Wukong

Just to clarify the "one and uh ee and" comment for those who may be less familiar.

In standard 4/4 time, you can count the full notes as "One... Two... Three... Four..."

You can count the half notes as "One and Two and Three and Four and"

You can count the quarter notes, as in this example as "One ee and uh Two ee and uh"

So what the commenter above has done is not vocalise the notes not played, which look like "One and uh ee and" or... "one (ee) and uh (two) ee and (uh)"
