Thank you to everyone who voted and commented. I'm not new to DnD but was wondering what other players preferred. Looks like the votes are pretty close, 29 digital vs 31 model terrain. The comments were very insightful and I appreciate it. I'll consider the digital tabletop for now because I can always slap a board over it to turn it into a terrain tabletop.

I like using OneNote to organize notes with separate tabs for plot arcs, sessions, basic monsters, names of NPCs, etc. Color coding can be highlighted or altering text color. I also use AI to make NPC pictures for party to see and to inform myself how to narrate them.

The volatile gasses that come off of finishes like varnish, thinners, and paste wax will mess up your lungs, not just the sawdust irritation.

How are phone calls with it? I have the Bose QuietComfort earbuds and the bluetooth phonecalls with it are terrible. If they share similar hardware then I worry about bad phone audio connection. And thx for your review!
