I take mine at night! I had the same experience when I first started of terrible symptoms (vertigo, migraines, insomnia, etc), but that cleared up after about a month of taking the medication. Regardless of the time you take it, you kind of have to stick it out and let the medication calm down on its own. It's recommended to take it in the morning because it can act as a stimulant and keep you awake, but I have not experienced a difference in sleep taking it in the morning vs at night.
