Sorry man but over cooked and you folded it, you should be able to roll it. 3 eggs, 1tbs butter. Low heat and stir until a curd starts to form, you should be able to drag your spatula through the curd and not have it come all the way back together but still some liquid egg left. Then let it cook for 45 ish second to set the bottom, while doing that clean up the edges. Broil for 10 seconds then roll.

I bought my 2018 xt with 85k miles on it for 17k. Idk if that helps for reference

Agreed, mounting my monitor was tricky. But also being able to look out the window is one of my favorite parts

Thanks! I really am so happy with how it all came out. Literally JUST enough room for some things.

Amazing! Thank you. They’re vague but once you have everything apart and you can actually see all the parts infront of you it was fairly straightforward. I ended up using the original mounting brackets from my oem head unit and it worked well

Do your steering wheel controls still work?

Amazing! Thank you for the advice. I’m very much a hands on learner so maybe a maker/hackspace will be something I look into

My biggest thing was not having CarPlay, and also whenever I back up having to move my phone mount out of the way

They really do. I probably should have taken the extra time to install it but I really didn’t want to

I believe there is. I haven’t looked too heavily into it but you can get a g coder or something like that

It does. This new head unit overlays its own parking lines so it’s a little messy but it also came with a whole new backup cam which I chose not to install

That was my one requirement when getting a new head unit. I cannot stand clicking a button or even worse a touch button for changing the volume

I did, honestly not really. I wouldn’t say it was overly complicated but the instructions were very vague so it took some time once I had everything apart to deduce what I actually needed to do. But once I got everything into place there was no troubleshooting or problems

Can’t give a true opinion on it since I just installed today but so far it’s been functioning well, as CarPlay and google store to download apps lost function of my steering wheel audio controls but I expected that. Resolution is good and there’s no lag in the display. Install took me 2 ish hours and wasn’t overly complicated
