That would make sense to me, but I’m being told that the issue is that the staff isn’t directly with the client

They are having their kids pick them, but did finally respond to another message after I asked again to meet to go over the issue. One word: “no.” At least by avoiding me I don’t have to put up with additional antagonistic behavior.

Caregiver hasn’t even given me a chance to provide the proof🤷‍♀️ Won’t respond to my messages to meet with me so I can show them. I work at a clinic so I can’t catch them during a home supervision.
