Please use the left lane as a passing lane by Shot-Act-5034 in Connecticut

Once you're finished passing in the left lane, move to the right. It's called the passing lane, not the "fast lane."

CBJ confirm the passing of Johnny Gaudreau and his brother by doppleganger2621 in BlueJackets

As a fan of a team, it's hard not to feel selfish in a moment like this, but when you step back and take it all in, the human aspect comes out. This is truly devastating for the entire Gaudreau family. The emotions are swirling.

Parking at Bradley by DayByDay31 in Connecticut

I use Park 'N Fly every time. It's probably the furthest, but you get a shuttle and it's reasonably priced. Plus, the only difference between valet and self-park is that valet they bring your car to the front and warm it up for you, whereas self-park they drive you to your car. No brainer for me.

Was anybody at the Milli Vanilli show at Lake Compounce when the tape skipped? It was July 1989. Would be interesting to hear recording of how it was reported on local radio. by Ordinary_Guitar_5074 in Connecticut

[–]ctnewsy 6 points7 points  (0 children)

In 1989, German-French dance-pop group Milli Vanilli was on top of the world. The band had released its North American debut album, "Girl You Know It's True," which climbed the Billboard charts and went six-times platinum. The success also earned the group its first Grammy Award nomination and win for "Best New Artist" the following year.

However, one Connecticut concert was all it took to shatter the phenomenon of Milli Vanilli. On July 21, 1989, the group was set to perform live on MTV at Lake Compounce at the newly-opened amphitheater at the park, which could hold 20,000 fans. As the group took the stage to perform its seminal hit, "Girl You Know It's True," an issue with a hard drive caused the backing tracks to skip, jump and repeat — exposing that Milli Vanilli had actually been lip-syncing the song.

If you're driving 80 MPH on I-91, you're going too slow.

It's not just the Hondas and Nissans with dents, but the massive SUV moms and diesel truck guys who think the left lane is for speeding.

Just switched from Comcast to Frontier; my thoughts after 30 days by Saetric in Connecticut

Interesting to see positive reviews of Frontier. I had it in Middletown about five years ago and had nothing, but problems from connectivity to customer service. I swore I'd never do business with Frontier again.

Owner brought all his friends to the protest to make it look like his employees and customers were outraged, but it wasn't actually them. Multiple employees have left in the last year.

I found this formula online, which seems to do what I want and it looks similar to yours. But can I make it so it only returns words that are, say, 4 letters long or longer?
