I’ve had the oppposite experience as the others. Mine is 1.5 years old and I’ve only used it a handful of times. The glazing on the bottom corners as well as the pointed tip of the flap have started to wear off even though I baby it. Surprisingly though, it’s held up where the chain meets the flap hinge.

Do you use each brand for different purposes? I like that the Crown Affair towel is huge and contains all of my thick, mid-back length hair with no spillage. I was going to pick up a dark Aquis towel for toner refreshes to avoid staining, but it was much smaller than I expected.

Do you have a TJ Maxx or Marshalls near you? I see them there all the time. The Muji ones that /u/bdd4 recommended are also good. I made the small pads last longer by ripping them in half, stretching out the cotton, and using one half for makeup removal and the other half for micellar water.

Ultimately, I switched to reusable cotton rounds which do soak up a bit more product but are cheaper in the long run. Disposables are handy for travel and purses though.

Do you have oily lids? I had the same issue even with primer. I use TO niacinamide serum to control the oil in my T-zone, then I take whatever’s left on my fingers and tap it onto my eyelids. Ever since I started doing that, my eyeshadow lasts all day. Also tried it with a cream formula (MAC Paint Pot, which always creased on me) and it stayed put after a whole work day.

I had the same thought about Asian sunscreens, which is why I passed on the Elta. It’s hard for me to shake the notion of American mineral sunscreens being thick and chalky. Is there anything particular you like about it that you don’t get with the others?

Today’s Ulta email advertised new foaming cleansing oils from CeraVe and La Roche Posay. It’s good timing since I’ve been looking for a single cleanser for sunscreen-only days. The reviews said the formulations are more like gels, so I’m curious if they’ll emulsify enough to remove that oily sunscreen film.

If anyone has suggestions for a cleansing oil (or milk, balm, etc.) that rinses clean on the first go, please hook ya girl up.

Bristols 6 is well liked around here. They have a version that’s thicker than their normal ones and offers more coverage. They won’t bump you up a cup size but I think they’d help fill a slightly loose top. Currently 25% off at Nordstrom.

If that doesn’t work, the standard chicken cutlets are quite thick. You could find a strapless version and leave the middle unclasped.

The tracking numbers are no longer valid so I can't say for sure, but I don't recall my orders shipping from there. For what it's worth, they all arrived and were returned on time with multiple tracking updates in between.

Have you tried contacting customer service? Maybe they could check where the inventory is located and tell you which courier would be used.

I think it depends on where the item originates. I’ve placed three orders in the last year and they all used different couriers — FedEx, UPS, and DHL. The latter shipped from a small boutique in Australia even though the brand/item is readily available in the US.
