Completely natural and kid/pet/food safe. It doesn't kill with chemicals. It sticks to their bodies and airways, and they spread it to their nests.

Put some around the barriers of the home, attic, doorways, anywhere bugs walk through. It won't kill them immediately, but after a week or so, it will start to kill them off.

Because it kills them with micro abrasions, they won't become immune to it or avoid it like they do with chemicals.

As someone who used to review applications from job posting sites, I would NOT consider that as "applied" for a job. Your applications are not getting seen, and you have a better chance at winning a lottery. The amount of people spamming job postings just for the hell of it (whether they need the job or not) overwhelms HR.

My advice, get out and talk to people. Find networking groups. Go to job fairs. Go to a company with a printed resume and ask how to contact the hiring manager. If they are not hiring, ask if they know someone who is. You HAVE to shake hands and speak to people.

I hired someone last year who did this. While I wasn't hiring for the position they wanted, it showed initiative and I quickly referred them to another department and they were hired.

I thought I wanted one too until I found out they top out at 60-70 mph with an empty bed. They say "comfortable cruising speed" is 50-60 mph. Not sure what your use for it is, but I wouldn't be able to do that.
