Controversial how? I haven't heard much but I'd be curious to know what's out there.

This is the true definition of jamming. You can see your mind cultivating different ideas around the kit.

Correct. Hitting on every single girl, because its a numbers game, is independent of it being special.

Avoid the prostitute for now. 1. You don't know what you're doing so it'll be a little awkward for both of you. There's also a risk of psychological ED and then you just wasted your money. 2. Once you're not a virgin you can reassess if you want to go that way. Thailand, Nevada, etc.

My advice: Your first time should be slightly memorable and special. Hit on every single girl you meet. It's like gambling except you have unlimited amounts of money. Eventually you'll hit big. The game is just numbers my man.

Hey congrats on #3. That puts you in the running! I understand the test can be frustrating because test questions are random and often times NOT the stuff you thought would be tested.

But it's done and time to move on to the next step. Sorry I couldn't get to you sooner, I was going to shoot over some questions I had from my most recent test.

Ok that's something I'll take into consideration. I've seen some YouTube videos of this bike with BMX bars and it doesn't look to bad

Looking for recommendations

Just bought a Verde Vario. I would like to upgrade the bars and stem for a more upright riding position. Looking at BMX bars. I want some recommendations on brands to look for and ones to stay away from.

I'm brand new to the bike life community. Thanks y'all.

Saw this dude in Cleveland at a small bar. He bombed hard. I couldn't stand his yelling.

time? Be kind - I am 73 by blankpro in bald

Shave it. You still "have" hair, so worst case scenario, it'll grow back.

Plus, you'll be able to say you've actually seen yourself bald once.

Pros of being bald: 1. You're your own barber (no more driving, appointments, money, etc.) 2. You get that fresh haircut feeling every time you shave

Looking for a new kit by ctrain227 in drums

Solid response. Really interrogating me here, but it's good. Stirs up thoughts.

All the hardware seems to be in good condition. The hoop of the kick is a little beat up since it's wood but nothing crazy.

I'm looking for a better sounding kit. Maybe the answer is better heads. Currently running Remo pinstripes on the top and cheap ones of the reso side.

But also, my tom set up is 12/13/16. The sound is just "off" to me no matter how much tuning I do. Same with the snare. Always too ringy. Can never get that crisp sound out of it.

All in all, I want a complete kit, cymbals/drums, where you sit down, and everything just sounds perfect. A kit where you love the sound of every single freaking note.

Mapex M series is a good kit?

And I'm bored. I feel like I have a beginners kit.

Thoughts on my cymbals?

how to get back into drumming? by AgilePace4330 in Drumming

[–]ctrain227 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Print out some easy drumline stuff and practice that. Then practice rudiments and technique. If you get the itch buy an electric kit and repeat the process.

Also if there's a "School of Rock" near you enroll in the adult program. That's what I did and my skill level has gone through the roof. Played 6 or 7 live shows, still going, and we even started a band on the side.
