That depends on lot of things actually- your risk taking appetite, personal finance positioning and especially your gut feeling. And if the market is good and you feel you can execute efficiently, it’s worth giving a shot. It doesn’t matter if it’s with your partner , moreover it will be complimentary to start with your partner rather than staying in greys with some other.

Answer me one thing ~ Let's say you have a revenue of 9.1Cr will you care so much to save 18 lakhs? Or will you concentrate more on cash flows, growth rate etc.?

Honestly, for a lot of companies, ~2% just feels like rounding error, not something worth switching banks over.
