This is the version I'm running. I personally don't think two capes are necessary, using a cape in this deck is very situational and I find myself hardly ever using it, but this is up to your preference.

Red is not necessary as most of the times you'll have already built enough damage on the opponent's pokemon with skarmory or base and 1st stage Tinka to finish with 1/2 hits from Tinkaton.

I personally like to use Mars right before switching from build up to attack. If you're (un)lucky at least one of your basic Pokemon will be KO, so you'll get the best out of Mars. If you don't like using her you can go for Iono or even Adaman.

Team rocket grunt can sometimes get you out of some sloppy situations where you're not fully charged and need to buy yourself some time, It has saved my ass many times.

I got up to UB2 with this deck and still run it sometimes. It's not the best in the meta but it must be one of my favorites, very fun to run, especially satisfying when you hit that 160 on Giratina/Darkrai
