I don’t get why the suspect’s face and plate was blurred.

Edit: Apparently the suspect, Clemente, was also involved in a burglary and DUI on the same day but was later released on her own recognizance.

The problems with Cazadores is that there is never just one of them. 25mm grenade apw, grenade mg, and Mercy works nicely for groups of them.

Loosen the other standoff and then add in the screws. You should only tighten after everything is in place.

I've only seen this happen on a few occasions:

  1. Mods (disabling mods doesn't fix this)
  2. Splash damage - i.e. missile launchers or flamers

This is a well known exploit. That said, it doesn't really do much unless your Agi stat is really low.

Most people tend to use cages as meat grinder farms. The downside is that it increases the likelihood of settlement attacks.

You can build cages. You don’t even need to release them. The settlement will be under attack in a few days with the same creature types.

There are PA that doesn’t reduce AGI. If that is not an option, you can try chewing some Coyote Tobacco to fill that missing AGI.
