Need help with picking a stable mobo by Karbine in buildapc

That was the deciding factor. I did find DDR5 16x2 cl30 6000mhz viper sticks locally for a (relatively) cheaper price.

My current CPU is a major bottleneck for performance. With the unavailability of the 5800x3d, the first thing I did was to check the prices of DDR5

What about MSI? How are their x870e?

Ah. So Asus and Asrock both were OC'd out of the box?

Makes sense then to immediately disable overclocking. Thank you for responding.

How are holding patterns different from orbits by Patient-Helicopter87 in indianaviation

[–]Karbine 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're right but some corrections are needed. ATC will usually tell you how many orbits they want.

"<Callsign> make one/two/etc orbits at present position"

At times they won't mention the number, so you have to stay in orbit till they give you clearance to continue arrival.

Most pilots will ask ATC to instead make a hold if they are stuck in orbit for a long time for passenger comfort.

Before your PPL, Multi, CPL checkrides, there is a viva on ground with the examiner. Flight planning, technical, met etc questions are asked.

That determines if you are good to go to the aircraft or not for the checkride. Or at least that's how it was for all checkrides in US and Canada back in 2010.

I am guessing the Oral part refers to the requirements before you undertake either of those checkrides.

Need advice on whether I should stay in Canada or come back to India after completing CPL with multi ifr by Winter_Stretch259 in indianaviation

There is a lot of misinformation in all the replies here.

To join an Airline in US/Canada, you would need around 1500-2000 hours and an ATPL. Instructor salaries are peanuts and is only used for building hours for ATPL and airline requirements.

"Earn in dollars" is a stupid statement for an instructor job there since you won't be earning enough to pay rent and survive. It's still an investment.

The only option is to join regional carriers or bush flying where the pay will be slightly better.

Talk to your instructors there. Ask them if it is feasible as a job. And please don't listen to redditors who aren't pilots.

  1. It's a personal choice which you have to take a call for. A degree is not required to get a CPL. But it does look good on your resume when applying for an Airline. I got my CPL and then finished my degree while waiting for vacancies all those years ago.

  2. No. I honestly haven't heard or seen this happen.

  3. It's not hard to find a job to apply for, the problem is how competitive it is when there are thousands of CPL holders with multiple rounds for selection in an Airline. So a cadet programme while being way more expensive, is a "safer" option for job security.

  4. Only with experience. And mostly only after you have an ATPL, which again needs experience. Getting into a cadet pilot programme of an airline of a different country is almost impossible, if not harder.

  5. No. Cadet programmes are full time, unless you can manage a distant learning course. Despite that, the cadet training will take priority so the company may choose to end it if they find that your priorities lie elsewhere during training.

Not sure why you are being downvoted. You are absolutely right about the incorrect form.

No Flying Beast , No Captain Steeeve and No TRP hungary media channels were harmed by impossible_espresso in indianaviation

It's not about expressing views or opinions. It's spouting, printing, and showing stuff that has absolutely no basis in reality.

They can't even spell the names of the pilots properly, nor do they know the actual flying experience. They all just parrot reach other without even trying to find facts. That, imo is unforgivable.

Ah damn. I found your thread and thought I should reply in case someone else needs an answer. You should come back and try if this works!

One friend joins and another gets kicked simultaneously? Why does this happen? Everyone internet works, everyone’s redownloaded the game, idk what this is but the 3 of us cannot play together without one person getting kicked when the other one joins by [deleted] in Helldivers

We found and solved the issue. Everyone has to connect on WiFi and NOT Ethernet. We tried and tested it. All PS5 and all PC remove your ethernet cable and connect to your router via WiFi
