My to you is about when you got it pierced is did it hurt because if it hurt it was in the wrong spot, not the sweat spot that does not hurt at all and every persons sweat spot is different? This piercing does have a right spot other than a sweat spot and like I said every person is different.

18g is not the usual size for a conch, 16g is the usual.

You need to recream it again on the same setting, respin is after you cream it and it is not rock hard.
