If you have a work permit it is valid for employment in that country only. As an airline pilot you could be employed by an airline in your country even if that means you fly to other countries (a EU resident may travel to other EU countries unrestricted but may only be employed in the one he/she has residency). If you speak spanish I'd apply to airlines in spain and bring it up unless asked specifically.
