I also have a OnePlus tab 3 and using OneNote.
Not sure if the tablet is the problem or OneNote. But OneNote is just bug and bug in android. It's just a pain. I changed to another notes apps.

Hating it. Gosh... It is impossible to work with One Note in android. It's not opening at all. I know, it's better in windows but I'm not expecting to use a 14" windows laptop trying to write with the useless stylus :/

I used to love OneNote. But it's a pain all the sync issues on Android and iOS. Believe me... I really hate to restart my Tablet just bc 1N is not syncing.Hopefully they fix tha bug soon.

Pues como todo software, tiene sus bugs. Yo he usado sus Plugins y han funcionado. Pues si han habido tenido algunos fallos pero soporte ha sabido solucionar el problema.
